Spring & Autumn Visits
This package is designed to keep your pond in pristine condition throughout the year. With the inclusion of both Spring and Autumn Visits, we provide comprehensive care tailored to your needs. During these visits, our experienced team will perform essential tasks such as a thorough filter clean, pump and UV service, pond vacuuming, and a refreshing waterfall jet wash. We’ll also conduct water tests to ensure optimum water quality and trim your water plants for a neat and beautiful pond.
Quarterly Maintenance
This package is designed to provide regular care and maintenance for your pond throughout the year. With quarterly visits, we ensure that your pond remains in optimal condition. During each of the four visits included in the package, our experienced team will perform essential tasks such as a thorough filter clean, pump and UV service, pond vacuuming, and a refreshing waterfall jet wash. We’ll also conduct water tests to maintain excellent water quality and trim your water plants to keep your pond looking its best.
Bi-Monthly Maintenance
This package provides frequent care and attention for your pond with bi-monthly visits. We prioritise the health and maintenance of your pond to ensure it remains in optimal condition throughout the year. With a total of five regular visits and one specialised health and maintenance visit, our experienced team will perform a range of essential tasks. These include a thorough filter clean, pump service, UV service, replacement bulb installation, pond vacuuming, a revitalising waterfall jet wash, water testing, and water plant trimming.
Monthly Maintenance
This package is the ultimate level of care for your pond, providing monthly attention to ensure its optimal health. With a generous total of ten regular visits, two specialised health and maintenance visits, and two repeat health visits, we go above and beyond to maintain the pristine condition of your pond. During each visit included in the package, our expert team will perform a range of essential tasks. This includes a thorough filter clean, pump service, UV service, replacement bulb installation, pond vacuuming, a rejuvenating waterfall jet wash, water testing, and meticulous water plant trimming.
Monthly Maintenance
This package is the epitome of comprehensive pond care, offering an all-inclusive range of services to ensure the health and beauty of your pond. With a monthly maintenance schedule, this package provides the highest level of attention and expertise. Included in this plan is a full pond clean to kickstart the maintenance process. Additionally, you’ll benefit from nine regular maintenance visits, two specialised health and maintenance visits, and two repeat health visits. Our experienced team will conduct a range of crucial tasks during these visits, including a filter clean, pump service, UV service, and replacement bulb installation. We also provide four parasite treatments, two blanketweed treatments, pond vacuuming, a refreshing waterfall jet wash, water testing, and meticulous water plant trimming.

You should plan for at least 1,000 gallons for a Koi pond. You will need a larger pond size if you require higher stocks of Koi, without causing detriment to your water quality and clarity. This will ensure that your fish have plenty of room to swim around in and that the water won’t get too dirty. Absolutely! You don’t need to have the largest space to build a Koi pond that not only can comfortably live in but one that you can be proud of as well. We can design custom Koi ponds to fit even small spaces, ensuring your fish have a comfortable and beautiful home.
Taking some time to find the best spot for your pond is really important. Choose a spot with ample sunlight but also some shade to prevent overheating. Avoid areas with overhanging trees to minimise leaf or other debris that may fall from the tree. We offer pond cleaning services if your pond does get too dirty, though!
When it gets cold, it’s common for ponds to freeze over, which can be devastating to the fish. To provide more security for them, a minimum depth of 3 to 5 feet is recommended to prevent freezing to the pond’s bottom, ensuring your Koi can survive the winter months.
Koi can survive in all climates from below zero in winter to the high temperatures in Summer. Koi thrive and get maximum growth in water temperatures between 24°C to 29°C (75°F and 85°F). We can help you maintain a comfortable temperature range year-round.

Of course, we provide a fish transportation service, meaning once your new pond has been constructed, we will be able to move the Koi over to their new home.
When constructing your pond, we will also take care to help you through protective measures, such as heron posts, line deterent, netting and underwater barriers, to deter predators like herons.
Yes, you can add more Koi, but it’s essential to maintain a balanced fish-to-water ratio. Please see the FAQ above that goes over this point in more detail. We can advise on the appropriate number of fish based on your pond’s size or methods that are available to get more fish if possible.
