Established in 1958 by Hanjyuro Takahashi, Takahashi Koi Farm is located in the rich-pond terroir of Uonuma, Niigata Prefecture. Today, the farm is guided by his son, Takehisa Takahashi, who continues the legacy of careful breeding and koi refinement.
